This is the Bar Mills craftsman kit model of Dunphy Hardware. The kit includes precision cut wood components, resin and pewter casting, signs and detailed instructions. The "L" shaped building includes large storefront windows and a wrap-around loading dock on the side and back. The awnings, shingles and chimney give it special interest. The building dimensions are not given, but it suggests an 8" X 9" setting. The seal on the kit has been broken and the instructions examined, but the parts bags are still sealed. I was drawn to the architectural interest of the modeled building, but have simply run out of room for it.
