Hand Painted Two Hummingbirds Wood Cut-Out On Live Edge Basswood By Phyllis

  

They're flying over my flowers called gazania big kiss white flame daisies. The main wood is basswood and it is 15 1/4" in height x 11 1/2" wide and is 1/2 thick. The two hummingbirds, I cut out on my bandsaw, then painted it and is glue on and screwed on from the back-see other pictures. The hummingbirds are 6 3/4" in height x 12" in width and made out of.

Looks like a 3D picture. The basswood is bought from a hobby store and the aspen wood bought from any general store that carries wood. You can see I have put a hanger on the back for easy hanging. I painted this with acrylic paints with a coat of polycrylic on it. Please leave feedback when received and I shall do the same for you.
