Hasegawa Soft Cutting Board With Wood-Core Top & Silicone Bottom, 18 x 10-Inch. The FRK series soft cutting boards have a lightweight design but are also strong and durable. Thanks to its structure with a wooden core, its weight is reduced between 30% and 50% and thus doesn't deform. Thanks to its surface you can wash the cutting board in a dishwasher, which guarantees maximum hygiene in the kitchen.

The soft surface absorbs and cushions the blows of the knives, preserving the edge of the blade. The FRK series is the model for domestic use. Made of a beachwood core structure covered with a polypropylene surface. It has a non-stick surface that prevents ingredients from shifting when cutting.
