Boards may be straight cut or not straight cut which affects the width. 0.6" Thick boards have a more linear grain (as seen in always seek adventure board) and 0.8" have a wavy grain. >These boards are made from pruned olive wood branches and we strive to maintain the natural wood as much as possible to ensure every piece is unique. This means that the boards will have minor cracks that are filled, and knots (that appear in trees).>Each piece may vary in length and width, due to the natural live edge bark of the tree. Make it a set with our Cheese Knives and it doubles up as a gorgeous looking Charcuterie board. Options are either oak wood knives or Walnut Gold color knives.
