Premium Silver Maple Burl / Spalted Live Edge Slab, PLANED- Crotch Cut- 109s J&R

  

1021s- Price is for the unfinished slab pictured. PLANED- Amazing Large Figured with a trace of Spalting and Burl Slab found on an enormous Silver Maple tree in Missouri. Note: one edge follows a natural crack line- not a natural edge. One edge is partially saw cut and partial live edge. Also- notice a chainsaw gouge on one side near the crotch area.

Highly figured DIY rustic slab of a Maple Burl. Would make an amazing table top, bar top. It is approx 15- 17 1/2 inches wide. It is approx 59-64 inches long.

It is approx 1 5/8 inch thick. Notice the cratered / crotch areas- perfect for resin / epoxy fill. You will see a a few burled areas along the edge and within the crotch area. There are a few areas of spalting. The wood is all very solid. It is a fantastic highly desirable tree Burl. If you need additional picture angles of a certain area please let me know. It was misted with water in most of the pictures to help show the beautiful grain figure. It is planed nicely both sides. These are beautiful rustic pieces with occasional chips, cracks, frayed edges, etc.
