This is a new, unused ready to built dolls house. The box has been damaged in transit to me, so I have been obliged to check the contents and I can confirm that all the parts are complete, in good order and ready to use.

From the box: This wonderful Victorian captures the romance of yesteryear and recalls the nostalgia of days gone by. There are six large rooms plus an attic, and there's even a secret chamber nestled in the Gothic tower. An elegant carved staircase, two fireplaces, four bay windows and all sorts of gingerbread trim complete the mood of this grand old house. Pre-cut plywood with tab and slot assembly - no glue or screws required.
