Sizes are measured from the longest dimension. This means we measure from the furthest point North to the furthest point South or East to West depending on which side is longer. We use only Birch Ply. This is brilliant smooth wood. We do not use MDF or other wood sheeting like Bamboo. Wood Thickness : We offer wood in 4 different thickness. 1/8 This is the standard size.

1/4 - This is a thicker wood. 1/2 - This is the thickest wood we offer and can be cut by a laser. Finishing : This can be painted, stained, or other finish work applied.

This is laser cut wood! This means we use a laser beam to cut the wood. This will cause the edges to have some charring/browning. This is normal part of the cutting process.

We can cut up to 5 feet on most sizes. Please note that all larger sizes will have to be done on a special order basis.
